TOUR OUR FLAGSHIP IN OHIO CITY
Learn more about our handcrafted ice cream, how Mitchell’s Ice Cream was started, and the transformation of an old theatre into our Ohio City Flagship Kitchen & Shop.
TASTING TOURS
Tasting Tours begin in our Retail Shop and walk through our gallery space with a full view of the kitchen. Each tour lasts approx. 30-45 minutes, however, an entire hour is booked to accommodate discussion, guest questions, and enjoying ice cream. While watching ice cream being made, your guide will provide samples of freshly made ice cream and freshly baked ingredients used in our ice creams! Throughout the tour, you'll learn about some of the ingredients we're proud to use, how we make our ice cream, and how we've incorporated our concern for the environment into everything we do.
After the tour, you will receive a complimentary Free Scoop Certificate to enjoy anytime. Public Tasting Tour spots can be booked below. A spot does not need to be booked for guests age 3 or below, unless you would like them to receive a complimentary Free Scoop Certificate of their own.
We cannot accommodate dietary or special requests for Tasting Tours.
Guests who are vaccinated against Covid-19 are not required to wear a mask. If you are not vaccinated, we request that you please wear a mask.

PARKING
The Ohio City Kitchen & Shop is located at 1867 W 25th Street with the main entrance being located under the marquee at the front of the building. There is street parking available in the area, both free spots and metered spots. There are also paid parking lots (credit cards and cash accepted) located behind our building that can be accessed off of Bridge Ave. and Lorain Ave. Please reference parking signage in the area for more detailed information about parking policies.
