Each batch is hand-crafted in our Ohio City Kitchen (watch us anytime). Ingredients that grow well in our Ohio climate we get from friends around here. Ingredients that grow best in different climates we get from the world's best producers. We do a lot of searching, and we'll never be done.
In everything we do we keep firmly in mind the health of the people who eat our ice cream, the lives of the farmers who grow our ingredients, and the sanctity of the air, water, and soil that we all depend on.
We take pleasure and pride in contributing to our Northeast Ohio communities and to the lives of Mitchells' employees. As part of this, we take care to charge prices that are affordable to families and all of our neighbors.
